We are seeking a dynamic and passionate instructor to join our coaching center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality academic instruction and support to students in classes 7 to 9.

Key Responsibilities for the Instructors:

1. Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring to students in grades 7 to 9 in a variety of subjects, including math, science, English, social studies, etc.
2. Develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies to engage and support student learning.
3. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to ensure that students have a well-rounded and interactive learning experience.
4. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
5. Collaborate with other instructors and coaching center staff to ensure that students are receiving the support they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

1. Freshers with B.Tech/B.SC/M.SC or Teachers having 3-7 years of experience in teaching students from grades 7 to 9 for CBSE/IB/ICSE boards OR Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of curriculum and subject matter for grades 7 to 9.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu,Hindi and a charismatic personality are a must.
4. Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
5. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
6. Proficiency in the use of technology and learning management systems.
